‘Future Facing Learning’

Learning & Teaching Enhancement Conference

Our ‘Future Facing Learning’ Conference, will be held on Tuesday 3rd July.

Future Facing Learning equips students with the knowledge, skills and tools to thrive in a complex and uncertain world, and deliver sustainable success within a globally connected workplace.

We would welcome contributions from staff and students from Teesside University and partner colleges in sharing good practice, disseminating new ideas and provoking discussions relating to Future Facing Learning.

Contributions should be aligned with the following Future Facing Learning themes:

  • Future Ready (High quality, future ready graduates are developed through our commitment to industry relevance and entrepreneurship)
  • Socially & Ethically Engaged (Our students engage meaningfully with social and ethical issues from local, national and international perspectives)
  • Research Active (Our students encounter the grand challenges of our time through research and professional practice)
  • Globally Connected (Our students are globally connected through an internationalised curriculum and learning experience)
  • Digitally Empowered (Our students are digitally empowered with the skills and tools to deliver global impact)

Contributions may take a variety of formats, including 45-minute workshops, 20-minute presentations, 10-minute ‘Show and Tell’ slots and posters.

Potential contributions should be submitted to academicregistry@tees.ac.uk using the template provided below by Friday 11 May.
