The Student Journey Team is available to support new and returning students throughout all aspects of their student journey. They are a team of friendly staff who can provide reassurance and deal with a wide range of enquiries including induction and orientation support; navigating and understanding University systems, regulations and policies; and, accessing and signposting to University support services.

The team are currently offering late induction (TU Kick-Start) sessions for any late arrivals which can be booked by contacting our team or through My Bookings on MyTU.
