Semester 3 Module Evaluations are in progress. Students will have received an email inviting them to complete a survey for their modules. They can access their surveys by clicking on the link in the email.
Experience is that the best response rates are achieved if students are given a specific prompt in class to complete their surveys. If you are employing face to face teaching, we would ask if teaching staff could make 5 minutes available in class for students to fill in their module surveys.
If they have deleted the email, students can still access the surveys through Blackboard (go to the Institution Page in the left hand menu) and the MyTU website (https://mytu.tees.ac.uk/ and click on Module Evaluations).
If response rates are low, you may want to remind students about the survey using Blackboard announcements or via email. If you want a standard “works for anyone” survey link to include in an email or Blackboard announcement, please direct students to https://tees.surveys.evasysplus.co.uk/.
