Is it possible to detect the use of ChatGPT in assessments? Is it right to punish students for using it or should we be trusting them? And is banning ChatGPT as futile as banning google? Join us to hear from a range of perspectives on the appropriate response to ChatGPT in higher education.

SLAR will be hosting a series of monthly institution-wide sessions on StREAM aimed at teaching staff to will help you understand the platform and the affordances of learner analytics for timely student support.

This online webinar will unearth the true meaning of authentic assessment and give attendees real life examples of assessment design that account for ChatGPT but still offer an accurate way to assess what a student has learned.
These Workshops are available to academic and professional staff who are involved in the progression and award of students through the Assessment Board process.
A series of monthly institution-wide sessions aimed at colleagues in Schools understand the basics of Blackboard Ultra and get to grips with the features they will be expected to use when setting up and delivering modules and assessing learning. A key feature of these sessions will be to help colleagues design impactful learning experiences on the VLE, ensuring that the VLE becomes an expansion of the learning ecosystem.
