Managing Urgent Situations (Apprenticeships)
CL2.56The training enables staff members to gain an understanding of how to respond to an urgent situation and provides information on appropriate referrals routes for learners. The training covers how to initially respond to a learner in distress including approaches to gathering the information required to then consider the most appropriate referral route.
