Responding to the Government’s EdTech Strategy, the Digital Learning Conference 2019, hosted by Teesside University, will showcase thought leadership on the role of education within the Fourth Industrial Revolution, drawing on speakers from academia and industry.

Sessions throughout the day will explore the following themes in the context of Education 4.0:
- The world of “future work” looks very different for our students, how can we better equip them with the skills and knowledge to succeed in the digital age?
- How can HE and FE better use sources of data, analytics and intelligence to enhance students learning experience?
- How do we reconstruct our education systems so that they are relevant in the digital age?
- What are the key challenges facing academic and professional services staff in redesigning curriculum and delivering excellence within the Fourth Industrial Revolution?
The conference features presentations from a range of thought leaders, including Paul Feldman (Chief Executive Officer, Jisc), Professor Sue Black (Durham University) and Dominic Lusardi (Managing Director, Animmersion).
