This session will provide the background and context to the University’s Personal Tutoring Code of Practice and the Learner Analytics System: StREAM. It will provide an overview of their respective aims, rationale and objectives. Drawing on learning analytics to inform and shape personal tutoring conversations is a key objective of the Code. The session will focus around how StREAM informs the pastoral, academic and professional/career conversations (and subsequent actions) that take place between tutor and tutee.
