Have you heard about January starts?
Now that Halloween is out of the way, somewhere across the Atlantic Ocean Mariah Carey and Michael Bublé are defrosting ready for the festive season. Before we say goodbye to this year, consider what 2024 could hold for you.
Many students think universities only accept applications in September and if you’ve missed that deadline then you’re out of luck. Thankfully that isn’t the case, January is right around the corner, bringing with it the January intake.
January is a time when you’re committed to New Year’s resolutions, so why not make your resolution to study further. The January intake is ideal for lots of people, especially if you’ve changed or mind or your circumstances are different from September. And there’s lots on offer too. Every undergraduate degree in the School of Arts & Creative Industries now offers a January start option, which could be perfect if you’ve been holding off on that creative dream of yours.
Maybe you’ve had a change of heart or you just didn’t realise it was an. You’ll still get the same experience and support as those who started in September, so you don’t need to worry about missing out.
There are also lots of postgraduate options, perfect if you’ve considered it over the summer, but changed your mind.. January isn’t just a time for resolutions it’s a time for second chances and what better way to start your year than by giving your career a boost?
If you want to know a bit more about January starts and how the university can support you, come along to our open day on Saturday 25 November. We’d love to see you there and hopefully welcome you as an enrolled student in January 2024.
