iPad
Not a fan of hand cramps that come with writing? Or you just can’t be bothered lugging your laptop to every lecture? Well we’ve got you covered, if you’re a foundation year or first-year student you’ll be eligible for a free iPad to help you with your studies! And better yet, you get to keep it once you’ve graduated!
You’ll also get a keyboard to go along with the iPad to help out with all the note-taking you’ll be doing.
Toolkit
Once you’ve got your iPad you’ll have immediate access to Teesside University’s Future Learning toolkit! The toolkit provides you with a collection of software that will help you throughout your studies including Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, which will allow you to develop skills to benefit your career.
£100 credit
We know it can be tough to find the money to afford the countless textbooks you’ll need to help you with your studies. That’s why at the start of every academic year you’ll receive credit worth £100 to spend on the key course textbooks you’ll need for your exams and assignments.
The Gym
Making sure you have a life outside of studying is important to us. That’s why our state of the art gym has a membership fee of just £100. You’ll get access to badminton and squash courts, Astroturf pitch, climbing wall and of course the gym! You’ll also be able to swim for free at the Neptune Centre.

We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible student experience, that’s why you’ll be able to attend a wide variety of events across campus. From careers fairs to guest speakers we’ve got everything you could need for progressing your career and expanding your skillset.
