We all need to look after our mental health and wellbeing, especially during times of uncertainty and change, like starting university.

Up to a third of students experience mental health difficulties at university so knowing what support is available, and how to access this if you need to, should be something you explore at open days or during your first few weeks of term.

We joined up with The Student Room and Student Minds to discuss what you can be doing to look after your wellbeing, what to do if you experience mental health issues and what support universities have in place, as well as lots of other advice and guidance.
