BA Year 1 Overview – week by week course breakdown
Placement and Observation Window Guide – This shows where the trainees will be (in placement/at TU / on holiday / ITaP) for the entire academic year. Also shows when TU tutors will be requesting observations and gives guidance on potential activities.
Informal Weekly Meeting proforma – This is a record of the informal weekly progress meeting.
Year 1 – School mentor observation – This is to be used for observations to be evidenced in the student’s portfolio.
Informal Observation Record BA PRIMARY – To be used to provide a record of some good practice / developmental suggestions in a more informal setting eg. when student is working with small groups or leading part of a session.
Year 1 – Observation & Tripartite proforma – To be used for the joint observation (TU tutor + school mentor) and the subsequent meeting.
Year 1 Directed Tasks – A week-by-week guide to the tasks the students should be completing to evidence their journey.
PAEF – Practice and Academic Enhancement Framework – used to assess progress and drive professional discussion.
