Congratulations on securing your place at Teesside University London through Clearing! Take a moment to celebrate – an exciting new chapter is about to begin.
In this blog, we’ll guide you through what happens next after securing your place through Clearing – from student finance and enrolment to sorting your accommodation.
Enrolment
Once you’ve accepted your offer with us, you’ll receive an email from our IT team with instructions on how to set up your university account. This is your first step – and it’s essential to complete before accessing any other university services.
After your IT account is up and running, you’ll be invited via email to complete your online registration. Simply log into your student portal and follow the step-by-step guide. You’ll be asked to upload a valid form of ID and a recent passport-style photo for your university ID card.
Finally, don’t forget to update your Student Support Number in the portal. This allows us to confirm your enrolment with Student Finance England, helping to ensure your funding is processed smoothly.
Student finance
You can apply for Student Finance online through the official Student Finance website. You’ll need to create an account, complete the application form, and provide any required documents. Apply as early as possible to avoid delays in receiving your funding. You’ll be given a Student Support Number which you need to upload into your University portal.
If you didn’t originally plan to study at Teesside London, you’ll need to log in to your Student Finance account and notify them of any changes to your course or University.
