Projects with Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n

Year two are undertaking two live projects this year<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The first project is with our KTP partner, Godfrey Syrett Ltd<\/strong>, investigating a number of briefs for the Higher Education market and with “active learning\u201d at its heart.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

The second project is with Scandinavian kitchen manufacturing giant, Nobia<\/strong>.\u00a0\u00a0 Supporting the project with Nobia is one of our graduates, Emma Braham. Emma has been with the company for 2 years as a designer, frequently travelling throughout Europe and working with suppliers.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Work on these projects is well underway and our students have benefited from some brilliant presentations at the companies\u2019 respective premises, together with excellent factory tours.\u00a0\u00a0 We are all looking forward to seeing the fruition of these projects in the coming weeks.\u00a0\u00a0 Both companies have generously agreed to donate to our 3rd<\/sup> yrs New Designers Exhibition Fund<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
