{"id":485,"date":"2015-03-20T15:49:32","date_gmt":"2015-03-20T15:49:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/teesmade\/?p=485"},"modified":"2015-03-20T15:49:32","modified_gmt":"2015-03-20T15:49:32","slug":"tees-made-2nd","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/teesmade\/2015\/03\/20\/tees-made-2nd\/","title":{"rendered":"Tees Made 2nd&#8230;"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This week saw a team of staff and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> students from Product Design take on other teams from around the University in the Festival of Learning Challenge.<\/p>\n<p>Each team had to perform a number of physical and mental tasks against the clock which included making and riding a \u2018Flintstone \u2018 style car, bridge building and diving headfirst into a ball pool. The team hoped to win the \u00a31000 1<sup>st<\/sup> prize to bolster the New Designers Exhibiton Fund.<\/p>\n<p>The whole event was great fun despite being pipped at the post into 2<sup>nd<\/sup> place.
