Class of 2025 – you\u2019re finally here. Your hard work has brought you to your graduation ceremony, and we can\u2019t wait to celebrate your academic achievements at Teesside University.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

To help you capture the moment, we\u2019re sharing some inspo for your grad pics. <\/strong>After all, everyone loves a good photo op, right?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

\"Two<\/span><\/p>\n

Visit the flower arches<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You can start by visiting our gorgeous flower arches in Campus Heart. Top of most of our graduates\u2019 photo checklist, they\u2019re extremely popular and queues can form quickly. <\/span><\/p>\n

Run, don\u2019t walk.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Master's<\/span><\/p>\n

Frame yourself<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you want to add a little something to your grad pics, you can pick up our handheld frames and props. They\u2019re made<\/em> for socials.<\/span><\/p>\n

And if you forget to grab a photo with our physical props, you can add a virtual effect on Instagram by searching TUGrad. Even better…use both.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"Graduate<\/p>\n

Don\u2019t forget the giant logo\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Nothing shows your love for Teesside like posing with the giant logo. And this photo op is brand new for 2025!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019ll be on campus throughout graduation week. You can\u2019t miss it.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you want to leave your photography to the professionals, head to the Olympia building. <\/span><\/p>\n

There, you\u2019ll find Marston Events, which offers paid photography packages including the classic scroll photograph and the money shot of you walking across the stage during the ceremony.<\/span><\/p>\n

You can also keep an eye out for the Teesside University photographer, who will be roaming and capturing posed and candid shots from all of the graduation ceremonies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Remember the family portrait<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

It takes a village to…get a degree. I\u2019m paraphrasing of course, but the sentiment rings true. The support we receive from family and friends is invaluable while we\u2019re completing our studies, and this moment is for them, too.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Don\u2019t forget to pose for a photo with your nearest and dearest. It\u2019ll look great on the mantelpiece.<\/span><\/p>\n

No muss, no fuss – it\u2019s almost too easy to take a quick selfie while you\u2019re collecting your robes, meeting up with your course mates and walking into the ceremony venue. <\/span>I guarantee you\u2019ll have taken hundreds before the day is through.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Get a group photo<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

You and your course mates have been through a lot together throughout your studies.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Take a group photo to memorialise your student days and celebrate your collective achievements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Turn around<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

If you\u2019re tired of smiling for pictures – this is the photo op for you. Face away from the camera and s<\/span>how off your fancy, academic attire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It may not seem like an obvious photo op, but it\u2019s a must when you\u2019re rocking these robes.<\/span><\/p>\n
