The method of observation should be direct observation and should ideally\u00a0 include assessment, intervention session and another form of work (e.g. teaching, meetings, consultation).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Observation of the supervisor:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It is a programme requirement that trainees observe supervisors early on in the placement on AT LEAST THREE different occasions for each placement.
