SensAR project intends to develop a procedure of integrating real-time sensory data in building models and subsequently visualising them in the real physical environment using head-mounted or mobile AR devices, e.g. Microsoft HoloLens and Smartphones. The project will investigate the compatibility and interoperability of SolAR (XR4ALL platform) with AR devices (e.g. MS HoloLens, smartphones) and wireless sensors (e.g. Libelium) through integration, testing and calibration. It will create a framework to feed the real-time sensor data into a building model, resulting in a new AR application. The final project solution with limited functionality will be offered for free at XR Solutions Catalogue. Providing the successful outcomes of the project, an app with full functionality will be created and offered for sale on Microsoft Store, Apple App Store and Google Play.
This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme through the XR4ALL project with grant agreement No 825545
