Reflection Practices

Reflection Practices

As per Rolfe, Jasper and Freshwater, 2011 the critical reflection will be what, so what and now what. From this reflection, my role in the situation is I was training some kids who need to do everything in closed eyes. So, training kids in closed eyes is that to not easy because they need to do much more concentration and focus on that they are doing. After few training sessions with kids I need to check them in what position they are and what are all the changes should I need to do so that they can improve further in doing their work. Because if there is no improvement in kids then they are not performing well and I need to take special care on kids and made them work more and find out what is his difficult so that he is not doing in closed eye practices.

Gibbs Reflective Cycles.

According to Gibbs (1998), Kids are not performing their maximum in their result. Because of lack of focus and not interest in learning new things. So, from their result I’m feeling a little bit bad but its also good that sometimes kids show their way of importance to their other works. The good thing was they had tried to solve the cubes in closed eyes. The bad thing was they are not in focus and not much more concentrated to complete the cube on time. From this, I get to learn that we should train many kids and make them perform various time so that it becomes easier to do when there is a group of people to watch their performances in life. The kids had not given enough time to perform on stage and they still need much more motivation to feel free when they are performing.

Finally, even they had not performed well but I will appreciate them that they had performed well from their knowledge so it’s the good part in their life because if we do not try again and again they cannot achieve best performances easily. Success is not that too easy in life we need to be work hard and put our maximum effort and should not judge any person from what we see. For their further training, I will give each and every kid an individual training and monitoring session so that I can find easily what are their difficulty in doing and what they feel disappointment which doing their work. The main motivative of giving this type of training is to develop the kid’s skills and which give more confidence to kids that they can do anything in life easily with more practices.
