The workshop will be couched in the context of the University\u2019s Academic Enhancement Framework, with specific reference to the Research Active and Student Voice matrices.\u00a0 The workshop will focus on ways to encourage students to become scholars, teachers, and change agents \u2013 as undergraduates \u2013 and the benefits in enhanced learning.\u00a0 Throughout the workshop staff will be invited to share examples from their own professional contexts, and\/or contribute to discussions about the challenges of working with students in these ways.<\/p>\n<p>For further information about John Lea please click <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/lteonline\/2019\/10\/29\/enhancing-staffworkshop\/\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The workshop is taking place on <strong>Thursday 21st November 10am-12.30pm<\/strong>;
