Module evaluations are designed to inform the enhancement of learning and teaching across the University, and therefore contribute to the delivery of an outstanding student and learning experience. Through engaging staff and students in the evaluation and reporting process, module evaluations stimulate meaningful dialogue concerning pedagogic practice and the student experience.<\/p>\n

The module evaluation window for Semester 2 2018\/19 opened on Monday 11th March<\/strong> and will close on Sunday 24th March<\/strong>. During this period, most students will be able to access the survey through email, Blackboard or the MyTU Student Portal. Based on current sector practice, module evaluations are most effectively conducted when students are encouraged to complete them in class.<\/p>\n

Module evaluations are distributed to levels 3, 4, 6 and 7 students electronically. All level 5 surveys have been distributed through a paper-based questionnaire. This will allow us to compare response rates via electronic or paper-based methods. Arrangements for paper-based distribution are coordinated by the School Registrars.<\/p>\n

Module Leaders can use the Engagement Portal to monitor live response rates during the survey window and to complete Module Reflections and Module Reviews after the results have been received. Please click here for further guidance on accessing the engagement portal<\/a>.<\/p>\n
