Remove Students from Existing Groups<\/h4>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s new?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Students can now be <strong><u>REMOVED<\/u><\/strong> from existing groups in StREAM.<\/p>\n<p>Previously, the only workaround to achieving this was to delete the group that contained the student(s) that needed to be removed, then a new group be created with all other students.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to remove students:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <strong>My Students<\/strong> and click <strong>My Groups<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select the relevant group (Either from the list or by searching for the group name).<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Select Students<\/strong> in the top right.\n<ul>\n<li>Use the <strong>Remove<\/strong> option next to each student you wish to be removed, or choose <strong>Remove all<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The option will toggle to <strong>Add to group<\/strong>, so any accidental removals can be undone easily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>No need to save as changes take effect immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/lteonline\/?attachment_id=17053\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-17053\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-17053\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/lteonline\/files\/2025\/07\/Image01.jpg\" alt=\"Image showing the \u201cRemove Students\u201d feature in StREAM showing options to remove or re-add students.*\" width=\"617\" height=\"498\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/lteonline\/files\/2025\/07\/Image01.jpg 617w, https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/lteonline\/files\/2025\/07\/Image01-300x242.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 617px) 100vw, 617px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>2. Ability to \u2018Re-open\u2019 Completed Interactions<\/h4>\n<p><strong>What\u2019s new?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The original creator of a student interaction can now reopen it, even after marking it \u201c<strong>Completed<\/strong>\u201d.\u00a0 They can update or delete the interaction if necessary.
