The group brings together higher education practitioners and researchers across Teesside University with the aim of strengthening our capacity to engage in quality, high-impact, pedagogic research that is focused on core values of innovation, creativity, inclusivity, and diversity and that has demonstrable impact on higher education policies and practices.<\/p>\n<p>In partnership with the University\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/lteonline\/ltexchange\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">LTE<\/span>x<\/strong><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>Change<\/strong><\/span><\/a> Network, TARGET encourages colleagues to participate in facilitated Action Research design workshops and research talks throughout the academic year.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/liveteesac.sharepoint.com\/:v:\/r\/sites\/TM_LTExChangeNetwork\/Shared%20Documents\/Pedagogic%20Research%20Workshops%202022-23\/Nov%202nd%202022%20Pedagogic%20Action%20Research%20An%20Honest%20Account%20of%20a%20Powerful%20Approach%20(with%20Professor%20Lydia%20Arnold)\/Pedagogic%20Action%20Reasearch_%20An%20Honest%20Account%20of%20a%20Powerful%20Approach%20%E2%80%93%20with%20Prof%20Lydia%20Arnold-20221102_140401-Meeting%20Recording.mp4?csf=1&amp;web=1&amp;e=JRDFDE\">Listen here<\/a> to Professor Lydia Arnold\u2019s talk \u2013 entitled \u201cThe \u2018Pedagogic Action Research: An Honest Account of a Powerful Approach\u201d \u2013 that launched the TARGET initiative back in November.<\/p>\n<p>As a part of the <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/lteonline\/ltexchange\/\"><strong><span style=\"color: #ff6600\">LTE<\/span>x<\/strong><span style=\"color: #800080\"><strong>Change<\/strong><\/span><\/a> Network, the group is committed to showcasing the research in which members are already engaged; identify, pursue, and support new avenues of pedagogic research; enable greater internal networking and research collaboration; and explore external collaborative research partnerships.
