The session will also include information on how the system works and what the academic would expect to receive, along with where to access relevant materials relating to workload management on the <a href=\"https:\/\/unity3.tees.ac.uk\/departments\/058\/AcademicWorkloadManagementFramework\/SitePages\/Home.aspx\">University\u2019s Student Learning &amp; Academic Registry SharePoint site<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/lteonline\/events\/category\/acadmic-wokload-management-framework-and-aws\/\"><strong>To book please click here.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic Workload System Allocator Forum (School Managers, HoD\u2019s, PL (S&amp;R))<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(1 hour, via Microsoft Teams)<\/p>\n<p>The session will be used to provide allocators (Head of Departments, School Managers and Principal Lecturers (Staffing and Resources) with any updates to the AWMF and AWS. Importantly the session will also provide an opportunity for discussion where examples of good practice can be shared across School\u2019s and any existing issues can be explored.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.tees.ac.uk\/lteonline\/events\/category\/acadmic-wokload-management-framework-and-aws\/\"><strong>To book please click here.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Academic Workload System Allocator Training<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Delivery: As required (2-3 hours) via Microsoft Teams or face to face<\/p>\n<p>The session is designed to provide newly appointed Head of Departments, School Managers and Principal Lecturer (Staffing and Resources) with the necessary skills to operate the Academic Workload System. The session will begin with an overview of the Academic Workload Management Framework and associated guidance notes.<\/p>\n<p>There will also be an interactive session using the AWS including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Activities within the AWS<\/li>\n<li>Allocating to Activities<\/li>\n<li>Allocating to Users<\/li>\n<li>Service Requests<\/li>\n<li>Publishing workloads<\/li>\n<li>Useful reports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Information on how to report issues and frequently asked questions will also be covered.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff6600\"><strong><em>The session is available on the request of School Managers following the appointment of new staff to the roles.
