Effective online teaching and learning requires advance planning, flexibility, accessibility, and engagement from all aspects of your learning and course design. To help you to navigate and further develop your online and hybrid learning offer, one of our software partners \u2013 Blackboard \u2013 has compiled a list of online learning best practices and other helpful online learning resources.<\/p>\n<h3>Webinars and Conferences<\/h3>\n<p>Blackboard have prepared a range of different webinars and conferences to provide information on this new mode of teaching. Whether you are new to teaching online or you are looking to make improvements to your current online module, there are a number of webinars ranging from basic topics to advanced.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/go.blackboard.com\/Instructor-webinar-series?utm_source=Twitter&amp;utm_medium=Paid_Social&amp;utm_campaign=BackToSchool\">Instructor Preparedness Webinars<\/a>: This is a series of free webinars designed for tutors and instructors who are getting started with Blackboard.
