Personal Tutoring through StREAM – Online Resource
October 19, 2020
**Please note this does not take part on a specific date or time and is a Self-Study Resource undertaken via LTE Online.
The standard ‘Personal Tutoring through StREAM’ session provides the background and context to the University’s Personal Tutoring Code of Practice and the Learner Analytics System: StREAM. It provides an overview of their respective aims, rationale and objectives. Drawing on learning analytics to inform and shape personal tutoring conversations is a key objective of the Code. We look at the essential role StREAM plays; informing the pastoral, academic and professional/career conversations (and subsequent actions) that take place between tutor and tutee.
Until we are in a position to resume face to face support, the Digital Learning Team have developed a series of online resources to support colleagues with Personal Tutoring and their use of StREAM.
The Digital Learning Team continue to offer a responsive query service and the facility for colleagues to request an online ‘drop-in’ (facilitated through MS Teams) with one of our Digital Learning Developers, both via firstname.lastname@example.org
