Hey, can you imagine that sales of battery electric vehicles are increasing more and more per year in UK as compared to plug in hybrids vehicles ?
As per analysis by Transport Correspondent, the sale of new petrol and diesel cars is due to be banned in UK from 2030, and hybrids by 2035 which indicates that most cars on road are either electric, use hydrogen fuel cells, or some non-fossil fuel technology in 2050.
UK Government strategy helps to meet its 2050 net zero target, where electric vehicles (EVs) will soon become the most common option for anyone wanting to buy a brand-new car.
The UK will need to expand spontaneously the existing network of 30,000 public charging points.
As per UK Government Plan by 2030, electric car charge points to overtake fuel pumps and charging point will reach 300,000.
By this way, we can reduce greenhouse gas emission and global warming effect on our planet. We can also make the switch to cleaner, zero emissions cars, and that is why we continue to support the growth of our world-leading electric car and charging network.
