Year 2 placement guide + observation window<\/a>– This shows where the trainees will be (in placement\/at TU \/ on holiday \/ ITaP) for the entire academic year. Also shows when TU tutors will be requesting observations and gives guidance on teaching hours<\/p>\n Year 2 – Mentor Observation Record<\/a>\u00a0used to officially observe your mentee and provide evidence for their portfolio.<\/p>\n Year 2 – Mentor Weekly Progress Report<\/a>\u2013 This is a record of the weekly progress meeting \u2013 SMART targets and professional conversation provides evidence for the portfolio.<\/p>\n Year 2 – Portfolio tasks<\/a>– A week-by-week guide to the tasks the students should be completing to evidence their journey.<\/p>\n Year 2 – end of placement report<\/a><\/p>\n Year 2 Observation and tripartite meeting<\/a>– used for the joint observation (TU Tutor + School Mentor) and subsequent meeting<\/p>\n SEND Placement mentor meeting<\/a> – To be used when on SEND placement only.<\/p>\n
