Dr. Lawrence Achilles Nnyanzi FRSPH, FHEA Post Graduate Course Leader for Doctorate in Public Health Students

Dr Lawrence Achilles Nnyanzi is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) and currently serves as the Programme Director for the Doctorate in Public Health at Teesside University. He is a public health specialist with vast knowledge and expertise in non-communicable diseases epidemiology, multimorbidity, digital health interventions, international public health policy and research methodology. He has been involved in many projects worth over £2,810,850. He has organised several conferences/workshops/seminar series in the UK and Uganda. Dr Lawrence Nnyanzi has published in a range of peer-reviewed journals. He has led the development of partnerships with local authorities e.g. Public Health South Tees.  Lawrence has also led the development of partnerships with international universities e.g. Makerere University.

Dr. Kehindi Kanmodi – Masters student in Public Health.                                                Dr Kehinde Kanmodi, BDS, DFM, PGDE, PGDPM, PGDPSCR, CPMP, ACIPM, Cert (Mgt), is an MPH candidate at Teesside University. He is the editor-in-chief of Annals of Public Health Issues (Sciendo – De Gruyter GmbH), and a book editor with Nova Science Publishers (New York, USA). Dr Kanmodi has authored/co-authored over 180 peer-reviewed publications, including conference papers, books, book chapters, and journal papers (Hirsch Index = 10 [ResearchGate]). Dr. Kanmodi also serves as ad Hoc referee for over 20 peer-reviewed journals. Besides his vast experience in public health research, Dr Kanmodi was an associate lecturer (Community Oral Health) in two health colleges and a field officer (facilitator) in the WHO Nigeria polio eradication programme. Currently, he is a serving member of the board of trustees of three non-profit public health NGOs in Nigeria.
