Do you have an eye for fashion and a passion for journalism? Do you dream of a career in the bustle and glamour of glossy magazines?
Then Vogue’s 2015 Talent Contest is your calling.
The competition is split into three sections. ALL must be completed to enter.
1) A descriptive interview with a person who is not a member of your family. 800 words.
2) A social-observational piece in the form of a commentary, cultural review, current affairs or fashion and beauty article. 800 words.
3) Three idea pitches for articles to be featured in Vogue. The topic can be beauty, arts, fashion, personality or lifestyle. Each idea must not be longer than 200 words, and may include visual prompts. 600 words total.
Finalists will be invited to lunch at Vogue, and the winner decided.
Winner receives £1,000 and one month’s paid internship at the Vogue HQ.
Runner up receives £500.
Entrants must NOT be over the age of 25 by 1st January 2015. Closing date is 9th April 2015. All entries must be received before the closing date.
